IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

*All prices exclude vat.
*There will be 24hr Security from Thursday until Monday 5pm
*Electricity: Electricity is provided per stand – 1 Plug only.
*ACCESS: Each Stand will be allocated a specific number of access bands (stand size dependant).
Extra bands will be available for exhibitors only at R60.00 each valid for both days of the Expo weekend.

BOOKING & PAYMENT BY THE EXHIBITOR:
*Payment of 100% of the Stand fee is required immediately to secure your stand and booking.
Once proof of payment has been received, your stand will be secured.
The number of stands is limited.
